"I'm going to start this off with, in this world today everything is AI bot and we the older generation Gen X love to speak with a real human because the connection is so important today. I think that's what we have lost between humans, with that being said I spoke with Manda this morning and I have to tell you the personality on this woman was extraordinary. She is a very light-hearted kind soul and she just made you feel so welcoming there was no pressure of sales. It was what do you need let me see if I can make that happen for you. She absolutely did that! I have gone with other insurance companies and the last one that we had the customer service was a zero from 1 to 10.
